The Genexis EasyWiFi app supports the Pulse EX600, Pure E600 and the FiberTwist 6000-Series with software version GenXOS 11.5 and above. These products are typically provided to you by your Internet Service Provider.

• With what devices does the Genexis EasyWiFi app work?
The Genexis EasyWiFi app works with the Genexis Pulse EX600, Genexis Pure E600 and the Genexis FiberTwist 6000-Series with GenXOS 11.5 and onwards as router. Please note that the app does not work with third-party routers. After onboarding a Genexis router in the app, the app also works with the Genexis Pulse EX600 with GenXOS 11.5 and onwards as extender(s).
• How do I get these devices?
Please contact your Internet Service Provider for the possibilities.
• How can I see which software version my device has?
Please go to the WebGUI of your router (as explained in the installation guide). Log in with the username and password as stated on the label of your router. The software version of your router is displayed after successful login. You cannot check the software version of your extender(s) yourself.
• What if my device does not have the right software?
Please contact your Internet Service Provider for the possibilities.
• Can I use the app when I am away from home?
No, you need a connection to your WiFi network if you want to use the app.
